👩🍳 만드는 방법 20
- 1長ネギをみじん切りにし、ボウルに入れる。
- 2水・鶏ガラスープの素・レモン汁・ニンニク・ごま油・いりごま・黒胡椒を入れて混ぜ、冷蔵庫で冷やしておく。
- 3沸騰したお湯で卵を7分半湯で氷水で冷やす。
- 4鶏もも肉を耐熱容器に入れ、酒・醤油・みりん・ニンニク・鶏ガラスープの素・ごま油をからめ、ラップをしてレンジ600Wで1分半加熱する。
- 5取り出し、裏返してレンジ600Wで1分加熱し粗熱をとる。
- 6耐熱ボウルにそうめんを入れ熱湯をたっぷりかけてほぐし、レンジ600Wで3分半加熱する。
- 7冷水でもみ洗いし水分を切る。
- 8卵の殻を剥き、鶏肉を食べやすい大きさに切る。
- 9鶏肉の汁をレンジ600wで30秒加熱し、②に加え氷を1粒しれて冷やす。
- 10そうめんを入れて混ぜ、器に盛り付け完成。
- 11Finely chop the long green onion and place it in a bowl.
- 12Add water, chicken stock granules, lemon juice, garlic, sesame oil, toasted sesame seeds, and black pepper; mix well and chill in the refrigerator.
- 13Boil the egg for 7 and a half minutes, then cool it in ice water.
- 14Place the chicken thigh in a heat-resistant container; coat with sake, soy sauce, mirin, garlic, chicken stock granules, and sesame oil; cover with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 1 minute and 30 seconds.
- 15Remove, flip the chicken over, microwave at 600W for 1 minute, and let cool slightly.
- 16Place the somen noodles in a heat-resistant bowl, pour over plenty of boiling water to loosen them, and microwave at 600W for 3 and a half minutes.
- 17Rinse the noodles in cold water, rubbing them gently, and drain well.
- 18Peel the egg and cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
- 19Microwave the juices from the chicken at 600W for 30 seconds, add to the mixture from step 2, and add an ice cube to chill.
- 20Add the noodles to the mixture, toss to combine, serve in a bowl, and enjoy.
