🌿1/2 Leek
💧250ml Water
💧1 tbsp Chicken stock powder
🧄1/2 tsp Grated garlic
🍋1 tsp Lemon juice
🫒1 tbsp Sesame oil
🥄1 tsp Roasted sesame seeds
🧂Black pepper
🍗100g Chicken thigh
🥚1 Egg
🫗1 tsp Soy sauce
🥄1 tsp Mirin
🥄2 tsp Sake
💧1/4 tsp Chicken stock powder
🧄1/3 tsp Grated garlic

👩‍🍳 만드는 방법 20

  1. 1長ネギをみじん切りにし、ボウルに入れる。
  2. 2水・鶏ガラスープの素・レモン汁・ニンニク・ごま油・いりごま・黒胡椒を入れて混ぜ、冷蔵庫で冷やしておく。
  3. 3沸騰したお湯で卵を7分半湯で氷水で冷やす。
  4. 4鶏もも肉を耐熱容器に入れ、酒・醤油・みりん・ニンニク・鶏ガラスープの素・ごま油をからめ、ラップをしてレンジ600Wで1分半加熱する。
  5. 5取り出し、裏返してレンジ600Wで1分加熱し粗熱をとる。
  6. 6耐熱ボウルにそうめんを入れ熱湯をたっぷりかけてほぐし、レンジ600Wで3分半加熱する。
  7. 7冷水でもみ洗いし水分を切る。
  8. 8卵の殻を剥き、鶏肉を食べやすい大きさに切る。
  9. 9鶏肉の汁をレンジ600wで30秒加熱し、②に加え氷を1粒しれて冷やす。
  10. 10そうめんを入れて混ぜ、器に盛り付け完成。
  11. 11Finely chop the long green onion and place it in a bowl.
  12. 12Add water, chicken stock granules, lemon juice, garlic, sesame oil, toasted sesame seeds, and black pepper; mix well and chill in the refrigerator.
  13. 13Boil the egg for 7 and a half minutes, then cool it in ice water.
  14. 14Place the chicken thigh in a heat-resistant container; coat with sake, soy sauce, mirin, garlic, chicken stock granules, and sesame oil; cover with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 1 minute and 30 seconds.
  15. 15Remove, flip the chicken over, microwave at 600W for 1 minute, and let cool slightly.
  16. 16Place the somen noodles in a heat-resistant bowl, pour over plenty of boiling water to loosen them, and microwave at 600W for 3 and a half minutes.
  17. 17Rinse the noodles in cold water, rubbing them gently, and drain well.
  18. 18Peel the egg and cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
  19. 19Microwave the juices from the chicken at 600W for 30 seconds, add to the mixture from step 2, and add an ice cube to chill.
  20. 20Add the noodles to the mixture, toss to combine, serve in a bowl, and enjoy.
