🧈1 tbsp salted butter

- 1Heat oven to 375°F. Line a large sheet pan with parchment paper.
- 2Separate each can of dough into 8 triangles. Cut each triangle in half lengthwise for a total of 32 triangles.
- 3Spoon about 2 tsp Boursin on the widest part of each triangle. Roll up starting at the widest part rolling to the opposite
- 4Build the star on the parchment lined sheet pan. Start with the center — place about 12 rolls in a circular cluster. Build
- 5Bake on the middle rack 20-24 minutes until deep golden brown. Watch the star points — they may brown faster than
- 6Cool 5 minutes. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with parsley.
- 7Using a large flat spatula carefully loosen from parchment and transfer to a serving platter. Serve warm.
