🥄1 package Nori seaweed
🦐200g shrimps
🫒boiled
🥄200g crab sticks
🐟200g smoked salmon
🥄1/4 cup regular mayonnaise
🥄1/4 cup Kewpie mayonnaise
🫒1/4 teaspoon sesame oil
🥄2 tablespoon sriracha mayonnaise (depending on how much spiciness you like)
🍚Furikake (rice seasoning)
🧀Philadelphia cheese 300g
🥄1 ripe avocado

- 1Rinse sushi rice until water is clear.
- 2Add water as per rice package instructions to a pot over high heat and
- 3In a small bowl, add the rice vinegar, granulated sugar, and sesame oil.
- 4Once the rice is done, pour the vinegar sugar mixture into the rice and
- 5Roughly chop shrimps and imitation crab and place in a medium bowl.
- 6Add the three mayonnaises (Regular Kewpie and Sriracha) and mix all
- 7Cover and place in the fridge until ready to use.
- 81st layer of the sushi bake is sushi rice. Gently spread out the rice until
- 9Sprinkle the furikake on top of the rice.
- 10Then add Philadelphia cheese
- 11Then place Nori seaweed sheet
- 12Next layer is the shrimp/imitation crab mixture.
- 13Lay salmon slices on top of the shrimp/imitation crab mixture.
- 14Place sliced avocado
- 15Drizzle with unagi sushi sauce (or teriyaki sauce) and kewpie sauce on
