🍚2 cups Sushi Rice
🍚1/4 cup Rice vinegar
🍬2 tablespoon granulated sugar
🥄1 package Nori seaweed
🦐200g shrimps
🫒boiled
🥄200g crab sticks
🐟200g smoked salmon
🥄1/4 cup regular mayonnaise
🥄1/4 cup Kewpie mayonnaise
🫒1/4 teaspoon sesame oil
🥄2 tablespoon sriracha mayonnaise (depending on how much spiciness you like)
🍚Furikake (rice seasoning)
🧀Philadelphia cheese 300g
🥄1 ripe avocado

  1. 1Rinse sushi rice until water is clear.
  2. 2Add water as per rice package instructions to a pot over high heat and
  3. 3In a small bowl, add the rice vinegar, granulated sugar, and sesame oil.
  4. 4Once the rice is done, pour the vinegar sugar mixture into the rice and
  5. 5Roughly chop shrimps and imitation crab and place in a medium bowl.
  6. 6Add the three mayonnaises (Regular Kewpie and Sriracha) and mix all
  7. 7Cover and place in the fridge until ready to use.
  8. 81st layer of the sushi bake is sushi rice. Gently spread out the rice until
  9. 9Sprinkle the furikake on top of the rice.
  10. 10Then add Philadelphia cheese
  11. 11Then place Nori seaweed sheet
  12. 12Next layer is the shrimp/imitation crab mixture.
  13. 13Lay salmon slices on top of the shrimp/imitation crab mixture.
  14. 14Place sliced avocado
  15. 15Drizzle with unagi sushi sauce (or teriyaki sauce) and kewpie sauce on
