- 1Line a springform pan with plastic wrap on the bottom and sides.
- 2Slice one mango into long flat strips and arrange tightly on the bottom of the pan — this becomes the top when flipped!
- 3Whip cold heavy cream with ¾ cup powdered sugar until thick and creamy.
- 4In a separate bowl, mix cream cheese with remaining ¾ cup powdered sugar until smooth.
- 5Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined.
- 6Spread a layer of cream over the mango in the pan.
- 7Quickly dip ladyfinger cookies in milk (1–2 seconds each) and arrange in a single layer over the cream.
- 8Dice the second mango into small cubes and spread over the ladyfingers.
- 9Add the remaining cream on top and smooth with a spatula.
- 10If you have extra mango, add another layer of cubes.
- 11Add one final layer of milk-soaked ladyfingers on top.
- 12Cover and refrigerate for 5 hours (overnight is even better).
- 13Flip onto a serving plate, remove the pan and plastic wrap.
- 14Slice and enjoy! 🥭
