🫗300ml vegan beef stock or vegetable stock (Add 1 tsp dark soy sauce or tamari if using vegetable stock)

🥄finely diced (about 2 cups)
🥄1 tsp fennel seeds
🥄lightly crushed
🥄1 tsp dried sage
🥄ground
🥄1 tsp dried thyme

🧄3 garlic cloves
