- 1In a medium bowl add 16 ounces of sour cream and the taco seasoning. Using a spoon or whisk to blend everything together. Set aside.
- 2In a medium bowl add the refried beans and add enough of the reserved salsa liquid to get a spreadable consistency.
- 3Mark an area in the top left corner approximately 5 1/2โ by 4 1/2โ for the stars area.
- 4Place the shredded Monterey Jack cheese between the tomato layers.
- 5Place the crushed blue chips in the area reserved for the stars.
- 6Using a star piping tip make stars of sour cream on top of the crushed chips. (Make sure the sour cream is cold, it will pipe better)
- 7Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve with tortilla chips. Enjoy!
