🧀Mozzarella Cheese - 200 Gms
🫒Oil For Deep Frying
🥄To Make Batter
🥄Maida - 3/4 Cup
🌾Corn Flour - 1/4 Cup
🥄Pepper - 1/4 Tsp
🧂Salt
🌶️Chilli Powder - 1/4 Tsp
💧Water
🍞For Bread crumbs seasoning

🥄Pepper - 1/4 Tsp
🥄Italian Seasoning - 1 Tsp
🌶️Chilli Flakes - 1 Tsp

👩‍🍳 만드는 방법 11

  1. 1Take bread crumbs in a bowl and add salt, pepper powder, Italian seasoning, chilli flakes to it. Mix it all and keep aside.
  2. 2Take Maida, corn flour, salt, pepper powder, chilli powder in a bowl.
  3. 3Mix well and add water. Mix again. Keep the mixture aside.
  4. 4Cut the mozarella cheese into thin strips and keep aside.
  5. 5Now take each cheese strip and dip in maida mixture first, then coat with bread crumbs.
  6. 6For the second layer, again dip the coated strips into the maida mixture and coat it finally with bread crumbs.
  7. 7Keep the cheese strips coated and then heat some oil in a kadai for deep frying.
  8. 8Once the oil is heated up, gently drop in the coated cheese strips.
  9. 9Fry the strips until they are golden brown on all sides and remove them from the oil.
  10. 10Garnish with fresh herbs and seasoning.
  11. 11Yummy mozarella cheese sticks are ready to be served hot with some tomato ketchup by the side.
