- 1Take bread crumbs in a bowl and add salt, pepper powder, Italian seasoning, chilli flakes to it. Mix it all and keep aside.
- 2Take Maida, corn flour, salt, pepper powder, chilli powder in a bowl.
- 3Mix well and add water. Mix again. Keep the mixture aside.
- 4Cut the mozarella cheese into thin strips and keep aside.
- 5Now take each cheese strip and dip in maida mixture first, then coat with bread crumbs.
- 6For the second layer, again dip the coated strips into the maida mixture and coat it finally with bread crumbs.
- 7Keep the cheese strips coated and then heat some oil in a kadai for deep frying.
- 8Once the oil is heated up, gently drop in the coated cheese strips.
- 9Fry the strips until they are golden brown on all sides and remove them from the oil.
- 10Garnish with fresh herbs and seasoning.
- 11Yummy mozarella cheese sticks are ready to be served hot with some tomato ketchup by the side.
